Have This Ready When You Call

We can price almost any job over the phone in a couple of minutes, provided we know what we're coming to. Four things do it:

• Where the vehicle is — a road name and cross street, an exit number, or a landmark. Out on the county roads a landmark beats an address.
• What you're driving — year, make and model.
• Whether it rolls — seized brakes, a flat tire, a broken axle or wheels off the ground all change the job.
• Where it's going — a shop, a house, a dealership, or you're not sure yet. That's fine too, we'll talk it through.

If You're On The Roadside

If you're stopped on the shoulder of I-85, I-26 or any road where traffic is moving fast, get out of the vehicle and get behind the guardrail before you call us. Do not attempt to change a wheel on the traffic side of the car. Put your hazards on, and if you have a triangle or a flare, set it well back. Then ring us from a safe spot.
