Quick Answers
The questions we get asked most about coverage and cost.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Spartanburg County and the surrounding Upstate — Spartanburg, Boiling Springs, Duncan, Lyman, Wellford, Woodruff, Inman, Chesnee, Cowpens, Pacolet, Moore and Roebuck — plus Gaffney and Blacksburg in Cherokee County, Greenville, Greer and Taylors in Greenville County, and Union and Jonesville in Union County. We run the I-85 and I-26 corridors that connect all of them.
What if my town isn't listed?
Call us. The list covers where we run most often, but we go past those towns depending on the job. We'll tell you straight whether we can reach you, and price it on the same call.
Do you tow in Greenville?
Yes. We're based in Spartanburg, so most of our work is Spartanburg County, but we run west into Greenville County regularly — Wade Hampton Boulevard, Laurens Road, Woodruff Road and the I-85 and I-385 interchanges.
How much does towing cost in these areas?
It depends on four things: how far the vehicle is going, what kind of vehicle it is, where it's sitting, and how hard it is to reach. Tell us those four and we can price it accurately over the phone in a couple of minutes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to book.
Do you charge more to come to my town?
Distance affects the price, so a tow across Spartanburg costs less than one out to Union or up to Gaffney. Rather than guess, tell us where the vehicle is and where it's going and we'll quote the actual job before we send anyone.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are, what time it is and what the weather's doing — a clear afternoon on Pine Street is not a wet night out on Highway 56. When you call, we'll give you a realistic window instead of a number that sounds good on the phone.
What are your hours?
We're open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Call (864) 582-2016 during those hours and you'll reach us directly.
What kinds of vehicles do you tow?
Cars, pickups, vans and SUVs, running or not. Breakdowns, wrecks, parking lots, driveways, and vehicles that have ended up off the shoulder or down a bank.
What Changes The Price
Five things decide what a job costs. Tell us these and we can quote you on the phone.
- Distance How Far It Goes
- Vehicle Car, Truck Or SUV
- Position Where It's Sitting
- Recovery How Hard To Reach
- Time Hour Of The Day
We don't publish flat rates, because a tow from a parking space and a recovery off a wet bank aren't the same job and shouldn't cost the same. What we will do is give you the number before anybody rolls, so there's no argument at the drop-off. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
